Body Piercing Laws and Regulations
Including Age Requirements and Document Requirements
The State of Nebraska requires a person to be 18 years or older to get a piercing without written consent from a PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN. For minors it is up to the discretion of the artist whether or not they feel comfortable piercing the minor. The PARENT/GUARDIAN must be present for the procedure.

AGE LIMITS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
*NO EXCEPTIONS REGARDLESS OF PARENTAL CONSENT*

We need a state issued, photo identification for EVERYONE to get pierced. EVEN MINORS. For minors, a birth certificate AND photo ID is required by state law - The parent must have a state issued ID or Passport.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
